Pierce that corporate veil like a water balloon.I have a few buildings and each with 4 or less and hence residential investment loan. i agree and have come to the conclusion to increase the liability insurance by 500k. 2nd- buy an umbrella insurance from the same/different carrier. 

If the note holder purchased the note at a discount he can accelerate his profits and increase his ROI by offering the borrower an incentive to pay off the note early, or to make e extra payments.  

Year 3 we achieved a 10% rent increase across the portfolio, but have incurred high turnover and vacancy costs.

Prices still attractive, but town growing that way. 

Honestly, it does open up the amount of renters you attract to.

Highlight features like the private entrance to attract budget-conscious travelers.

Assuming rents will increase surely it will cash flow at some point correct?
