Hello everyone, I am relatively newer on Bigger Pockets and am looking for advice on LLC structure.I saw in another post a few years back that the general recommendation is to have a series LLC that owns the individual LLC’s.

If the LLC isn't set up correctly it opens up a lot of other issues - can be pierced.I don't think there's one right answer, LLC or not, depends on the individual. 

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

I have heard some systems have individual tanks with shared drainfields but again it would need to be professionally designed.

When was getting my most recent landlord insurance policy set up the person helping me mentioned that since I have several properties I might be getting to the point where getting a commercial insurance policy to cover all my rentals, rather than individual policies on each one, could be cheaper.
