Lots of new hardware/lighting and paint throughout.What was the outcome?

I go to the rekeying station at a hardware store and they usually have a bucket of keys.

Around 5 mile radius of Domain you have the new & old apple campus, Tech Ridge (GM, Dell, Samsung, Blue Apron & several other companies in Parmer Village) and other software/ hardware companies (Visa, Paypal, Ebay, Oracle, Qualcomm, National Instruments, polycom etc..).

Also realized that small items eat up time and profit, like hardware, caulking, etc.

If I wanted to go all out, I'd probably buy a marble look laminate top for the vanity with no backsplash (from ikea) and get a couple of the square porcelain drop in sinks from MR direct and then put up a tiny tile backsplash under the mirror and replace the cabinet knobs with chrome to match the other hardware.

A little trick are use is to find a nice boutique hardware store and install beautiful hardware on the cabinets.

.), or sales person at an equipment rental company who rents equipment to developers,  or real estate agent, or work of some kind at an electric utility company who provides electricity to new neighborhoods, etc.For duplexes / triplexes consider working at a hardware store/lumber yard in sales or stocking items, or in any residential construction trade (concrete, lumber framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.) or as a leasing agent or maintenance person at an apartment complex, etc.Anything related to the goal of developing land and designing and building or selling homes would be helpful.

Maybe you can paint cabinets, paint the bathtub, paint walls and install new hardware and make a big difference. 

If you are looking for a cheap easier way out, go to a big box hardware store and buy a cheap Wagner sprayer.
