Other than my job, my only time commitments are the gym and my girlfiend who I live with so I'm confident that I'll be able to devote the time.Having recently read Think and Grow Rich....I'm not really entertaining the idea of not being able to do it :D

In my spare time I enjoy doing Crossfit at a local gym, reading, meeting new people, and traveling whenever time permits.  

They claim you need education and credibility, which can they can teach you.Interestingly, both Steve Davis and Del Walmsley came from selling gym memberships 22+ years ago, I can't help but think that they got this idea of adding on the second year up front from that.

There is one anchor tenant that comes to mind who will not allow restaurants, gyms, churches within 300 ft of their premises (within the center) as these tenants use up a lot of parking for extended periods of time. 

I divide this into audiobooks, which I listen to at the gym and hard copies that are kept on my night stand. 

I get to offer my tenants, a pool, gym, lawn maintenance, security guard/gate, and water/sewer and trash included in the rent.
