Just because they have been there longer doesnt make it right for them to continue to jump out of their beds with such force and noise.

Any issue including noise and he's out.  

Some people and do this by their self but for the rest of us the push the grind the hustle.

So for example installing noise detectors to ensure people aren't throwing parties or being disruptive. 

At this point, I get tired of reminding, I'm also going away for 2 months so I won't know if she follows this rule either.I have been considerate as to not make loud noise while she was working, such as washing/drying clothes in the evening (living room is connected to kitchen and laundry room without doors) or vacuuming when she's not working.

Even if they allow them today, tomorrow they can ban them and all it takes is one noise complaint.

In the future, your lease should have rules specifically spelling out the consequences of bullying, harassing, invading private space, use of other's personal belongings, noise, and many other roommate situations.

I will continue to grind, and won't stop until I obtain my goals.
