The entire banking industry will be mysteriously hit by a virus (even though they all use different technology) that will take down the banking system over a weekend.

Once all the virus crap passes I'd be happy to connect...or via Zoom or phone if you prefer. 

And the lock downs became "necessary" because the government botched its response to the novel virus.

I dont think the economy will magically fix itself if this virus wrapped up in the next few weeks and it seems we are gonna be in this for the long haul. 

However, Now with Schools, Bars and Clubs ( where people are in door and in close proximity) opening up and consequently clusters of Corona virus infections showing up, may be another shut down looming over our head ?

From the virus we forsee significant economic damage and ulitmately in 10-12 months foreclosures will likely be high and people with cash deals will benefit greatly.

Here's something that will tamp down everything until this virus passes. 

We're looking for our first house hack as well so I'm hoping to see some deals surface in the next few months but the progress on the virus will be one of the major factors contributing to how accessible these deals become.

My tenants have jobs that will not change due to the virus.
