Secluded in the woods, but still close enough to town.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Multiply that by 8 properties and that adds up quicklyAt this point I've amassed around $150k in debt, I'm spending hours a day trying to find large multifamily properties with nothing to show for it and the whole passive income dream I was sold seems to be a huge lie.

Having said all that, I don't find Khleif to be full of it or anything.

But I have not been able to find any auction that would serve this purpose.

I cant imagine where you'd find better than conventional unless you have a crazy friend with a lot of money.   

I’m finding a hard time finding comps for a long term rental.

I know, I know…it’s hard to find, but I’m looking to BRRRR in the area.

Finding someone with the expertise to screen and place tenants properly is rare.

The lot works and ok with living in one unit, just trying to find people that have executed them in Los Angeles City.
