Most articles I see on tenant applications have to do with running the application and using the fee, but I haven't even ran it out of fear and disappointing her(unrealistic).

Most of these folks could be nervous and fearful of the transaction--especially if they are in a dire position or have never dealt with an investor before.

Don't sell because of fear - that you'll regret it if you pass up this money or your property won't sell because it's surrounded by townhouses (Really!?!

@Lorissha Coburn I don't even say anything about it not being not section 8 inspected yet, for fear *that* could be construed as discrimination.

Even a CEO of a fortune 100, 500, or thousand company can have that fear.

I've got to get over the fear of uncertainty.
