Anyway, the HOA is saying that not only do I need the typical exterior paint color approval and any sort of window shutter approval, etc, but there are HOA "fees" associated with improving one's property.

So we don't really know where to find good GA and handy man ensures quality as well as reasonable price.We need yard work, landscaping, exterior wall, interior painting, refinish doors, refinish kitchen cabinets, everything!
