We have an internal network where I can advertise directly to the workforce...a workforce that periodically goes through background investigations and is held to a high standard of ethics and financial responsibility.So I don't expect much in the deadbeat tenant arena, and the building/condo is in very good shape.

The extra cash the buyer wants to bring to the table is from the restaurant, and the bank is dubious about the means used to extract the money from the business.I'm not getting into the ethics of this, because I don't know whether the funds are dubious or not.

Regardless, HUDs don't even hit the market in our price range ($300k and up) to cover the spread we need, at least not in the Greater Nashville area.Next time, it would be ethical and selfless to message someone directly if you want to question their ethics.

Not only would I fire my agent,I'd sue him or her to get my money back that I spent on the deal...Then I would file an ethics complaint with the RE commission...But again, I'm spiteful...

I hate to have to say this, but many of those in this business aren't as ethical as the rest of us.- If you know that there was structural or other complex work done on the property, make a point to verify that the repairs were actually successful.
