Has anyone ever heard of such a thing where in order to replace an existing boiler with one of the exact same model you have to pay an engineer $1,500 for no reason?

I want to remove my bias here, so I will stick to the facts:Home had foundation repairs done in 2008 and 2012Seller had a 3rd party engineer do a class C foundation inspection on 3.20.2018 and provided the following:Overall elevation differential of 4.1 inches.

I would start looking today, deals don't often pop up for your first time so if you think you'll be ready in Jan then chances are it'll take a few months after to actually get a deal.And finally something I did a little but not too excessively: reverse engineer.
