After finding out about BP and its podcast, I have been thinking endlessly of which house hacking strategy would work best for me and my current situation.  

Honestly with capital like that, the options are practically endless and as @Bryan Mitchell suggested I am shocked more pros have not added their two cents.Anyways, I hope that helped at least a bit!

Or you live in it a few years longer until the Market gets back to another High and not worry about the  endless Tenant problems and take your Degree in whatever you studied and just keep working at a JOB.

In South Dakota there is an endless supply of cheap land within minutes of the center of the city.

The Houston market is so big the possibilities are endless.

Also, it made a big difference to listen to Bigger Pockets and other REI/FIRE podcasts during what felt like endless renovations to keep us motivated!

Also maybe your mentor and you just have different end goals, that’s the beauty of real estate there are endless strategies.
