For many that's a dream come true so having the opportunity to be a live in manager, live for free and make some money on the side you're hitting all the right targets.In the Milwaukee market $400K for a 4 family is slightly high for our area but depending on where you're from I could see that being a great opportunity.

It's a great way to get in at a lower cash outlay if the parties are willing to endure living in the construction and also the property as it won't likely be your dream home.Just my 2 cents!

Dream on.M2M hands down is far more advantageous to landlords with good or bad tenants.

It was aggressive, but necessary to actually DO it instead of just dream about it.

If this was your dream home (primary residence) then maybe it's worth all the effort but just sounds like a lot of work to acquire an income producing rental property. 

I recommend you have a serious discussion about her "dream".
