Does QBO have a good solution for automating the data input (reveipts/invoices) and categorization?

Owning multiple types of multi-family rentals (Class C and B for now), I have a good grasp of the value, in addition to just public rental data, so not really a problem for me.

What would you like to know about your property using AI / data analysis?

You can't "lie" about values in this industry, all data is there and accessible to all.

I've said it before & I'll say it again, I'm not convinced a consumer driven economy is the best for a country.

Also, there seems to be high risk of tornadoes/high winds - looked around for data.

My house in PA was built by builder in 2022 n sold by Builder in April 2022.
However the mls is now showing as 2021 as year built . My agent says the tax record shows it as 2021.

I also watched Peter Linnenman yesterday on the Walker & Dunlop podcast and he predicts 3 rate cuts the end of this year as lagging rental data in CPI starts to hit, and he also thinks a recession is several years off.
