Do you think with the mass focus on "affordable housing" and the cultural shifts that are occurring that it might be enough of a push to get the public to be more open minded toward modular homes? 

The main argument for you however, might be the culture.

The vibrant downtown and cultural opportunities will continue to draw in residents from across the distressed state, and the metro area’s population continues to climb at a level that surpasses the national index.Areas like Olde Towne East and Franklinton continue gentrifying, and the arrival of Columbus Crew’s new stadium will likely further boost demand for downtown apartments.

We need to change as a culture our belief about flooding and if you are in a state or area that has a bunch of water, X flood zone does not mean safe.

I see this all the time when people talk about how they want to aquire x amount of doors or they're saving % for vacancy etc...I like my W-2 and I took a pay cut to go to one where more important then the work I just clicked with the culture and team.

This is pretty interesting, and I wonder if it is sort of a cultural difference between my area of the country and perhaps the other areas respondents are from, that I see a really big deal with two licensees breaking the law, and everyone else is just kind of casual about it. 

Better weather and a generally better business climate down here.Richmond isn't super far south, but we do have better weather than up north and a very different culture.
