Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

If you are going to get your license in Virginia I would plan to stay there for a decent bit(5+ years).

I don’t plan on putting any % down right now at least.

If you set it up well, don't worry, you'll get guests when you repost.If you really want to capture the existing bookings, then go for it and plan to re-furnish it at the start of slow season.

If you just want to build your cash reserves then flipping is the way but just be careful - that too takes a lot of work and research to make sure you don’t lose money.
