By 2004 when housing was being offered to anyone who could breathe, we found ourselves with 6 vacancies at a time, but we still were okay, we just had to work harder to keep them filled.  

I gave her the drink I made, sent her outside to breathe and think about what I said and eventually she came back inside.  

And for every good leasing agent there's 10 that are clueless (because they will literally give the job to anyone breathing with a license). 

Though it can be a little scary, I hope you get both deals :)  My thoughts: go fast for a bit, take a breath for a second, then do it all over.  

When i find myself there, i usually take a step back, drop my effort level and mentally "catch my breath".

I have spoken to others who are neither Autistic, nor candidates for "crypt keeper" who feel the same way.I do not like people breathing down my neck when I am cooking.

They barely have time to breathe so are looking for something passive.They tend to like NNN single or multi NNN strip centers.They get excited about other asset classes for yield but then learn it is more hands on and they simply do not have time for that.These docs make well into the high six figures per year with their jobs so I think a doc making say 100k year etc. might view things differently and maybe have less demands on their time. 

If you just quit your job and have 3 car payments and two mortgages and $50 in the bank....don't hold your breathe.  

Then there are the ones that say, they love your home and how they can see themselves living their all their life, but under their breath really is saying, yea without ever paying you rent.
