I am testing out Woodpecker.co & Hubspot to assist with the workflow but find Hubspot a bit cumbersome.

Medicaid is a means-tested, needs-based program.  

It is relativley simple, but it is a test for your resolve, as you have to first safe up some money.

I will do the amp test when we start drawing closer to anything like our full power amount, and if we don't have enough, we'll upgrade to 200 amp service.

This may help you https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/wp-content/uploads...I did some quick reading about Pa contractor requirements , looks like its just fill out some papers pay some money and you are a contractor .In Maryland you have to take a test , be financally solvent and there are requirements as to what the contractor has to state in the contract . 

If you wanted to buy a lot that does not have existing BOHA and were able to get as many tests as possible done ahead of purchasing (perc test, soil test, engineering, surveyor, talking to town building dept. etc.) and they all came back ok I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of still ending up with an unbuildable lot somehow.  

After a listening to a bunch of BP episodes and a ton of reading, I was still a bit overwhelmed but also realized that I had to test out my new found knowledge somehow.
