You have mentioned that you feel you have many years of experience but did you know that you need to have 11+ years experience to be considered to have the equivalent of a HS diploma and 16 years experience to have the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree?

I’ve been with my company for nine years.My wife, Laura, and I have been married for 8 years and we have two young kids (3-1/2 yrs and 8 months).Laura and I are fairly conservative and our goal has been to get our bachelor’s degrees before we turn 30 without having any student debt.This cash flow approach can work, but it takes forever!

As of now I’m about to finish the last step to get my real estate license, then I’ll start representing buyers and sellers while attending college.My plan is to transfer to a 4 year university after I finish at my current 2 year community college, and get a bachelors degree with a major of real estate.
