Within the time you'd get a bachelor's degree you'd potentially have more money than most people in 50's!

You have mentioned that you feel you have many years of experience but did you know that you need to have 11+ years experience to be considered to have the equivalent of a HS diploma and 16 years experience to have the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree?

I’ve been with my company for nine years.My wife, Laura, and I have been married for 8 years and we have two young kids (3-1/2 yrs and 8 months).Laura and I are fairly conservative and our goal has been to get our bachelor’s degrees before we turn 30 without having any student debt.This cash flow approach can work, but it takes forever! 

As of now I’m about to finish the last step to get my real estate license, then I’ll start representing buyers and sellers while attending college.My plan is to transfer to a 4 year university after I finish at my current 2 year community college, and get a bachelors degree with a major of real estate.

For those of you who don't know Israel, let me just say it's far away from the USA but close at heart.I have diversify education and experience: I'm a lawyer (not practicing it for the last few years), a veteran business administration bachelor, a chef (Yep… learned professional cooking and worked as a cook and as a privet chef for some time) and for the last 15 years I'm the co-owner and CEO of Pil Animation Ltd., a leading Israeli animation studio and enjoying life with my amazing wife and 4 kids.I've been always fascinated by Real-Estate but had a fear that it's not for me.

I am finishing up an associates degree and will most likely be putting all of my time into getting a bachelors after the end of this year.

They used to say someone with a bachelor's made 1 million more over their life..bs stat since they are comparing apples and oranges, i.e. smarter people go to college.

Your degree is in high demand ,my son has bachelor's degree in E.E had a job before graduation .I have a nephew with a degree in C.E he choose to to work in the field makes good money and happy .Are you going to work in the field of your degree or work in real estate ?
