But why take this risk when keeping an IRS-compliant log is ridiculously easy these days, with phone apps like MileIQ, TripLog and many others.

Do a search on any of the SaaS solutions or apps out there to deepen an educated decision.I have tried quite a few lead gen apps and other workarounds in the past, most are not helpful.

Property Radar is that and so much more.. its an incredible app

My first question - does anyone have any mobile apps/tools that they use to follow macroeconomic trends and indicators (both RE and non RE indicators)?

Now with 20% down as an investor - that’s only assuming the app is filled out a certain way or am I wrong?
