I don't honestly feel there is a right answer to this question, I would just think that at some point in time a persons reserves could be lower per property once more properties are accumulated.

You can only have 1 FHA loan at a time, unless you have a qualifying life event and have 15% equity in the property (job transfer 200+ miles, added a dependent, ect)So if you and your girlfriend are both on the loan and lie there for a year, you can move but you would not be able to do another FHA loan because you probably won't have accumulated 10%+ equity in that time.

Once I start having a steady income from work and I'm able to stay in one location, I'll resume investing in real estate with slightly more aggressive approach.I don't have much desire to flip houses, I'm more interested in long term buy and hold wealth accumulation.
