Hello - I am wondering which MLS to choose for New York City and how to get an MLS ID? 

(IE: "no money down investing", or "best cities to invest", etc....)

I’ve had clients pay $100k for a sewer line though (commercial properties, complicated lines running under parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping and the bid includes replacing the landscaping too, etc. or requiring a permit from the city to close off the road for the day with traffic control, etc.).

City staff normally has a good expertise on these issues and are helpful in my experience.

I have been using featured agent since it was launched, KC was one of the first few cities.

The median price in the city hit 379,925 as of June 2024, reflecting a 6.3% increase.

When it comes to the fix and flip there are some solid areas in the northwest and west side of the city along with some nearby suburbs that have many good opportunities.

If people are looking to set up a MTR it is very misleading and if someone is looking for a place it also matches even if your property is too far from the major city that is searched resulting in leads that aren't really a match.
