I have even gone out to throw dog toys and play areas in the yard to attract nurses.

The yard was full of toys and garbage (when I mowed the lawn I had to pick it up) and there was a damn bunk bed frame sitting on the front porch despite me telling her to move the thing. 

Not their fault if people don't look over stuff or have somebody else to..y

While we have our toys we are very frugal.

I still love my toys!

I've toyed around with the idea of a getting a hard money loan, and using a 0% interest credit card cover the rest. 

As is my home mortgage... and bills... toys...I am far too good of a landlord to put off being paid for years, if then!

Freedom, money, time, cars, fancy houses, family, kids, travel, charity, faith, community service, side chicks, boy toys, or the ability to just be lazy.

I realize this thread is about pitbulls/dogs, yet the same items are required whether it is for a dog, or if someone trips over a toy their child left on the sidewalk, a lawsuit is a lawsuit and you are the Deeper Pockets or should I say Bigger Pockets.. 

My family of five has no debt to anyone, we own our home, cars, and toys outright. 70% of my income is cash flow this way.
