Thank you everyone for sharing your experience with this I do like the idea of a flat surcharge though I think where I can separate I will do that just to avoid the complaint of well they leave there TV on all night or they wash their car 3 times a week kind of gripes.

The local ski resort here recently posted that they were canceling the summer concert series because they couldn't find workers "even though we're offering great wages and a sign-on bonus".
