So I've been wanting too go out a network with investors and loaners/lenders but I don't know if their is any events that is real estate and commercial real estate investing based events in DC, does anyone know any events in the DMV that is good too join?

I know it may sound common sense, but people do struggle with understanding that water follows gravity.

I certainly know that future years the expenses won't remain that low, but wouldn't that be a reality on a property that has a lot of recent improvements?  

Well, how much is the lot for sale for?

We see threads all the time about people losing money and how after they add expenses and vacancies, etc. how they go in the negative.
