Obviously you can remind them they'll be making X amount in interest over the years which would compensate for a lower sale price, but if I were an investor offering seller financing to say Joe Homeowner, I wouldn't budge on price, it would be retail or nothing, maybe higher because I'm offering something they can't get at a bank.Thanks for the input!

Mike and Joe, thanks for the replies.Joe, that's exactly my biggest concern that tenants might claim that it wasn't them.I think I might just stick to paper and pen for now.

While I have nothing to hide, I simply don't like having a photo of myself on forums or anywhere for that matter.This is just a personal preference of mine and is something that I hope the content of my posts would offset, but I also understand that some like to see who they are talking to or reading about.At the end of the day, I'd post a real photo if required to do so, but it's a rule that can't be verified since a poster can simply post a photo of Joe Blow they find on the net so why not leave people to decide for themselves?

I agree with Joe that I have found most advice on the contradictory.Also, I don't think it's always about where you can make the most money, at least not for me.
