Holy cow! 

Bc future guests will read that negative review & say “Holy ——, she wasn’t kidding about how steep that road is” & they’ll heed your warnings more seriously 

However, the rooms tend to be a bit smaller, you are 8 feet away from your next-door neighbors and having a decent sized closet is the Holy Grail.I am fresh out of college and would like this property to be my first step in REI.

Holy mother of God.Back in January I had close to 150' of sewer line replaced to the city sewer and it only cost $2500!

I was in the building department yesterday and the clerks there told me that they have seen a big increase in building permits issued this month (a big increase from zero might not be much, but certainly better than nothing)I take it as a very good sign if builders, or maybe it's homeowners, have decided it is safe to start building again.For a long while, I'd look at the houses for sale and there would be a couple that made me say "holy cow that's cheap".

Holy cow, that is absolutely AWESOME that you have not only almost hit your FREEDOM # but more importantly you get to devote time to the most IMPORTANT aspect of ones life their family!

Buy and Hold is promoted by most property investors as the Holy Grail.

@Jd Martin  I think people that get into land lording don't realize they don't like it until they try it.. some embrace it and run with it for long term others .. its like holy moly why did I do this.I know in our note side of our business 95% of my note investors ( and I have 900 performing active notes out there) come from the rental side and .. its all the same conversation.I had rentals I did not know about notes and I am selling my rentals and moving to notes. they love cash flow that notes create .. but just don't want to deal with PM's or tenants  LOL... so more than one way to get cash flow.now granted rentals allow much more leverage than notes and my note buyers are quite a bit more cashed up than most starting in the land lord business..
