I’m not an experienced park owner but it looks like you have been doing your due diligence and have your ducks in a row.From all the information I’ve gleaned from my studies of mobile home parks, well and septic wouldnt be a deal killer.  

I am considering selling a mobile home park that I own.

Mobile home parks are not licenced/zoned for tiny homes.

All I asked was if anybody knew a good Real Estate Agent in Mobile, AL and it got flagged for advertising??

I’ll invest fully in recession proof real estate like mobile home parks any day over tech stocks or even Berkshire or an index.

Hi everyone, Im looking at a mobile home park for sale with 11 lots and a small house.

For those that invest in Mobile home parks in various states throughout the US what states are the most owner (landlord) friendly. 

- flipping, buy/hold, notes, turnkey, BRRRR, wholesaling, development on raw land, mobile homes, student rentals, house hacking, multi-family homes, SFH, commercial properties, Airbnb - how would you do it?

There's a nice 3/2 manufactured home (permanent wood framed per tax record) and a nice mobile home.
