If I were a resident I would like the somewhat isolated location of the town but it seems far from many major employers, that is unless your tenant works at one of the many warehouses nearby.

Locally we just had a large manufacturing employer have their value decreased  by 10mil.

Will I not be able to get my license unless I become employed by an RE company?

We have close to full employment with < 3.8% unemployment.

St one point they had said they were going to prepay rent through October so they didn't have to worry about rent while spouse is looking for employment.

Hi,I just started selling off my rentals, and in doing so I have to employ a team of workers to fix up the houses, nothing crazy, but people are working on ladders and occasionally using saws.
