@Shawn DulanNot-for profits normally receive money in the form of donations, grants, fundraisers.In the general sense, they can not "raise money" from investors.In addition, properties that will be owned will be owned in the name of the not-for-profit.

We bought a larger above ground pool this year and donated our 22' above ground pool to an STR tenant that's been renting from us for 25 months.Basically we upgrade the things in our house and donate the older stuff to rentals.
