I got so many phone calls and letters and text messages.  

I was thinking about the fund, because I personally plan only run the funds and do all the planning, admining and pumping the value of the properties as a main partner, and other investor will only contribute the funds for the downpayment as a limited partners.

Our first introductory phone call went really well, Zach answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and I left the conversation feeling very comfortable moving forward and working with Zach for my first property.

So you will end up with a rookie that will do it for cheap and cause you to lose your EMD or a discount shop that will barely answer your phone call.
