Also, if anything were to go wrong I wouldnt have the capital available to pay extra on a property every month. 

2)  Is every syndication wrong?

Allow me to explain something to you.What people call "chest pumping" simply is proving others that are wrong with concrete data showing them they are wrong and why, so they can learn and grow from it.

A better solution, in my opinion, is not to rely on wholesalers,  as not only is it a dying breed due to the sheer incompetence they exhibit due to gurus' wrong instructions and teachings, but, wouldn't it be better to generate your own leads through a high performing website?

(Otherwise it would be your dryer they removed.) then they would have to be looking at the obvious connections and go to the store and buy the wrong type.

But I dont know that market and could be wrong about that. 

If anything goes wrong, the entire deal comes crashing down.

Customers cant get materials to the job on time or the wrong materials show up .

I am wondering if this is just the wrong time of the year.
