I pretty regularly get emailed pocket/whisper listings and they happen to be the type that would probably be most attractive to investors.

It was pretty hilarious, however, when they got to the home of the young newlyweds, who work as a yoga instructor and a plumber, and live in what is clearly a million+ estate on the Pacific, and they were all whispering, “how in the heck can they afford to own this place?”

The rest of the time was spent being SOLD MORE.... a ridiculously good salesman for Veil Corp comes in and spends HALF a day to finally end with, "you too can achieve this type of service for $10,000 dollars if you sign up RIGHT NOW". and If you do not sign up, they have the gall to have someone come attempt to draw you out of class or whisper loudly why you would not want to, putting you on the spot....

First time renter has been in for three months and just notified my that they can hear every conversation and whisper in the house.

Maybe it's whispered as an acronym a t REIT board meetings, but in the outside world, I've NEVER heard it just used as a straight acronym. because it always has to be unpacked.
