Bandit signs and yellow letters seem a little overdone in the Jacksonville market.. 

Looking for someone interested in sending out yellow letters in the Weatherford,TX area.

I'm not fond of yellow letters , but I do want to make some bandit  signs.

I have painted some vivid colors in my own space but a flip or rental  I use neutral and even so grey vs cream color can look really different depending on the lighting and windows.

If your gut says that your BS meter is pegged or at least flagging in the yellow-orange, wait.

I've been sending direct mail (yellow postcards) to absentee owners in DuPage and Kane County, over the last 5-6 months and I've been averaging a 1.2% - 1.5% response rate, which I understand to be pretty decent.  

Start sending out hand-written yellow letters to drum up interest.  

That's not to say that other Title companies won't "work with" investors, but the "work" you are most likely referring to is legal in nature and in providing those services as an inducement to get your business, these smaller title companies often knowingly walk across that solid yellow line. 

Thomas, would you recommend to start a yellow letter campaign?
