This is not about whats going on now, its more for later times and if for "security" reasons martial law was ever imposed, in my view a Military man in the CIA may not be as likely to work to protect the citizenry from abuses of military power.

What ever it is I’m over it and ready to make some deals..Now I realize that the market is a bit screwed up right now but I know one thing a good deal is still a good deal and I find them weekly, I just need help securing them.First things first I pay almost $800 a month for rent and storage and that’s ridicules, I don’t have to much cash because all I have to buy and sell with is about 5-8K and without it I can’t operate plus I’m sitting on 10k in inventory.

Just keep going until you do your first deal and get that big fat pay check like the one I'm going to go pick up right now from my lawyer for $185k for a flip that I did in just 6 months.

I purchase properties with my own cash, make sure they are fixed up right so you don't have problems then you refi and pull your own money out and sometimes 5k extra.

great post.it's needed because a lot of brand new "investors" are so hungry to buy something to "validate" their urge to break out and become "financially free" that they frenzy themselves up right into being a motivated buyer - and that's the first huge mistake.good post.
