It’s not the most simple task unfortunately - definitely requires some technical skill.

But there are certain skills you need.. to be successful and not everyone has the intangibles.LIke all sales   there are top producers  there are middle of the road and there are some that just are never going to do it for various reasons.  

I’m trying to use my own skill set to my advantage.

Now, your mind is ready to learn this new skill.

I always dig into the borrower though (character) - honesty, experience, skill-level, etc.

Plus i know land :) Land is not so much my skill set.
