I’m just a believer this shouldn’t be allowed because it’s unhealthy for the economy at a massive scale.

The only possible liability you can have from a tree is if it obviously damaged/unhealthy and part of it falls onto their property damaging something.  

You have to realize that a high percent of people in this world are fat, unhealthy and cannot even go shopping at a Walmart without having to ride in an electric shopping cartUsually, when I am at any type of public place where there a a lot of people I am definitely what you call a 'People Watcher' and I am amazed regarding the number of people in their 30's to very early 50's who walk with some sort of a limp.
