The "loophole" becomes a trap...

I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines and feel I've started to fall into the "analysis-paralysis" trap I hear so much about.

Example bids: $400 to snake a drain, $250 to lay an insect trap.* No proactive maintenance, and even the turnovers were inconsistent.

Heat and moisture gets trapped under the house and the heat wants to rise but the LVP creates a vaporlock, thus inhibiting the mold growth. 

When getting started it is important to know which programs offer value and which are more of a money-traps. 

Trap people! 

A common trap to fall into is seeing a nicely renovated house at a reasonable price tag.

I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning.

Don't get trapped thinking you have to be adjacent to a hospital to have a good MTR.Best of luck!
