Gaining traction is proving challenging, however I will persevere !

Unlike doorloop which I use some features are not available for mobile devices.

Curious if anyone else has done 30 day rentals and what kind of traction or performance they’re seeing?

Tenant shall have abandoned or surrendered the Premises if Tenant turns in all keys or access devices regardless of whether rent is paid or not. 

Z Wave has a distance limit of about 50 meters give or take but each device acts as a repeater.We use the Schlage Encode connected to a Samsung Smart Things hub via Z Wave.

Has not got much tractions yet. 

I don't believe it is the hub as the other devices connect just fine.
