You'll end up finding out if there is no motivation to sell at a certain price, then it is not worth consistently asking for the same price that the person said no to. 

Then you have companies that originate and having a loan go NP is a semi disaster :)  What I am seeing is some of the NPN folks have had to go into origination as the NPN space inventory shrunk a ton and or pricing was to high to make sense. 

One lender might me more excited about a specific deal then another, which then helps with best terms.Always looking to overcome those bottlenecks is key.  

A little of something is better than a lot of nothing, so if the deal works then I would consider it, especially if no other options
