The loan has come to term and they can’t maintain the property and the current interest rates.

I'm considering purchasing a condo or a small SFH in the Oceanside/Carlsbad area as an investment property and renting it out on a short term rental site like AirBNB.

The software doesn't provide that level of granular detail that can mean the difference between 2k and 3k a month. 

The bank set me in at 7.1% interest (construction loan short term) This will be a side hustle for me.
