Below is the factual data.Rental Inventory & Median Rental Prices (The data is for Ft Myers and Cape Coral)As stated in previous updates throughout the year, we were expecting an increase in inventory and a decrease in rental pricing.

Interesting thought but rates are already going down as the 10 year yield decreases.

There was one month where an adjustment to 2017 Illinois taxes decreased my disbursement a bit. 

Within each MSA there are pockets of increases and decreases, which are counter to the overall growth or decline. 

My own thinking is their US passport was suspended which is required to remain in Portugal if you are a holder of a temporary residence card and they had to leave??

I have just divided fuel on 12 units to separate meters and told my tenants they are responsible for the fuel accounts only to find out that 2 of the 12 have had their credit decrease since renting and the fuel company won’t do business with them.

While not being specific as to why there were delays (except what we know-that there is a wait on the process of a national builder buying out properties), she said they were temporary delays recently and that they were not permanent.   

This is where a sale may benefit you long-term if you can find an investor to take it before the increased rate and pending rent decreases impact the value of the property further.
