Elisha,If your baseboard heaters are not the old cast iron type, then replacing them is not a big deal – you can replace the outer steel enclosure, or the heating element, or the entire unit.

PS during inspection I was told that it is unpermitted job because of no vents for bathroom, kitchen, dryer and gas furnace enclosure in room that may be used as bedroom.
