The investors who learn a single strategy or tactic, usually from a “mentor” and do not bother to learn real estate fundamental, real estate finance and real estate law miss out on “creative” opportunities to significantly enhance their ROI or significantly decrease their risk.  

I've learned these tactics and lessons.First, you need a good investor data management system.

As the recession (real world tactically defined not academia/government strategically defined) continues we will see a larger uptick in the direct bookings.

But they definitely use high pressure sales tactics to get you to open your wallet.

There's staying under the radar tactics that one must follow but no guarrantees.  

I find as someone who isn't a good negotiator asking is this the best you can do to be a reasonable negotiating tactic.
