You're also going to need survey and engineering work to get the permits done for putting in the utilities to the buildings, flatwork and other improvement requirements around the buildings.

I had my husband request membership to see if he can message the admin the correct information in that group.  

I though the benefit of having this membership structure was to cancel the subscription (eviction) without have the traditional lengthy process.

I typically recommend that community for people that plan to use it personally and can justify the higher HOA costs and membership fees.

I do not use Rent Ready, but I know that it is a perk of my pro membership here and I am considering setting it up to help my tenant establish credit.

But like others said, I would secure the home asap, survey the home and put it back on the market or make ready to sell like you may consider.
