Given that we are on BP and so many people know Brandon, I am very surprised that not many people are invested in ODC.

We make people take photos of themselves holding their ID and then I also meet them in person for the showing - at least for my units on the NW side of Chicago.I've never heard of these testers, but I am not surprised. 

Without a firm base and working familiarity with these three areas the investor will not have the knowledge to analyze, negotiate and close advantageous real estate transactions. 2- Experience - the first few deals are likely to be smaller, harder, with more “surprises” and not as profitable as the investor imagined.

(I know, I know, surprised me too).

@Eli Fazzo, Almost every location is going to have some surprises that you just have to factor in when looking at investing in real estate. 

The behavior is a bit off, but not surprising for a mom & pop landlord.We tell our residents exactly what we need from them for the application. 

So, unless the Seller is equally inclined to speculate (including the idea of accepting that same 20% deposit using say, a specific sized bar of gold at today's price), it's no surprise that most Sellers still like "stable currency", right?

Kind of surprised that BP has gone this long without getting things figured out and in compliance with the App store.
