Look for properties with high cash flow potential, good condition, and room for improvement, such as value-add opportunities.

HI @Harmeet Janjua It is not impossible to find a good deal. 

It took quite a good time (~6months) even with a property manager but finally found the renter after rent decrease by 200$.

Good yields and not super correlated to stocks or RE.
