These minor details are the kind that distract people from the path of success.

After paying a competitive rate for the property management and ASSET management that the small operator does himself.  

The real estate market has shifted dramatically in recent years rising interest rates, evolving buyer and seller expectations, and fluctuating property values are keeping all of us on our toes.

They only get paid 1% of the credit lines they get for you successfully.

Also, the vacancy rate was understated.
