Just because you don't practice it doesn't mean you automatically subscribe to instant gratification, but it's likely if you subscribe to instant gratification the losses are compounded by not subscribing to delayed gratification.

We share two properties daily with all of our free subscribers.

C/E shop, I’m with Samson and have been very happy, just a word of caution, it’s gonna run about 2k-3k a year just to pay for all your subscribers, mls, sentry etc, I suspect these will be going up substantially as a result of the agents leaving the industry, meaning the need to get more from the remaining, if you get your license make sure you have a use for it, like you will either have a decent client base and/or you are doing your own deals & will save money that way.

But to manage for others I decided to subscribe to Propertyware which has accounting built into it as well so my QuickBooks is redundant however I keep QuickBooks as the backbone of my accounting and Propertyware as the tool that reflects accounting to my tenants and property owners.

He will try to justify that joining his program will be your best option, unless you have an unlimited amount of money and time to spend doing the research and learning real estate investing on your own, but the reality is that it does not take much time nor money to learn what he teaches, and even more; it will basically take a dozen of some of the best real estate investing books on Amazon and the time to go through them, subscribing to good sites as this one,  and joining a couple of good REIAs in your area, without having to pay for such expensive and useless mentoring.

Can anyone recommend a wholesale list to subscribe to? 

I'm a subscriber to PriceLabs as well but I see while it does help its really only as good as the guy/girl setting up the details.

All I was pointing out was the title of the thread,  and why I subscribed.
