It's sometimes a little tougher to get one on an investment property vs. a primary residence but If you can get it I would strongly recommend looking into it. 

Tech is still wicked strong in CA but, that's being challenged now in a way never before, and getting some traction.

Many of these areas also benefit from both rising home values and increasing rents.Ultimately, successful investing comes down to selecting a growing market, a strong neighborhood, and building a reliable team to support you.
